Once you have decided to holiday with us,
. We will send you a booking form asking for further information about you and your group in order that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please take this opportunity to tell us of any food allergies or dietary requirements within your group.Once we have received your completed booking form we will send you an invoice detailing the deposit due and the outstanding balance.
We
require a deposit of £100 or €150 per person to secure the booking. Once we have received your deposit we will send you a receipt and booking conformation. The outstanding balance will be payable 10 weeks prior to your arrival. Nearer the time, we will be in touch to discuss equipment hire, lessons, and ski passes with you.
Transfers are included as part of your package. To ensure that our customers are met promptly at the airport, and are
not left trying to find 3rd party operators, wherever possible we meet all our guests at the airport ourselves.
In order to be able to do this it is necessary to have the following conditions.....
Free transfers only available from Geneva airport
All flights must arrive between 0900 and 1800 hours on arrival day and depart before 1700 hours
on departure day. Flights outside of these times will incur a supplement.
The chalet is available from 1400 hours on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day
storage for suitcases can be made available if you have an afternoon flight home.
If your group is arriving on different flights please try to time them so that you arrive at Geneva at around the same time

Please note that the following are NOT included in the price of your holiday, however we are more than happy to help you arrange them... Flights, Travel/sports insurance, Lift Passes, Ski/Board Hire, Lessons, Child Care,
Baby Food or Milk (can be purchased locally) Lunch
