Booking Information.

Once you have decided to holiday with us, we will require a deposit of £100 per person to secure the booking.  We will send you a booking form asking for further information about you and your group in order that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.  Please take this opportunity to tell us of any food allegies or dietry requirments within your group.

Once we have received your deposit we will send you a receipt and booking conformation.  The outstanding balance will be payable 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

Transfers are included as part of your package. You will be met in person at the airport by your hosts. Because of this it is necessary to have the following conditions.....

  • Free transfers are only available from Geneva airport.
  • All flights must arrive before 1600 hours on arrival date and depart before 1800 on departure day.  Flights outside these time may incur a suppliment.
  • On arrival day the chalet will be ready for you from 1400 hours,  It must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.  Storage for suitcases can be made available if you have an afternoon flight.
  • If your group is arriving on different flights please try to time them so that everybody arrives at Geneva around the same time to avoid several trips to the airport.

  • Flights (please ask if you would like assistance with arranging your flights)
  • Insurance.  We always advise that you take out adequate travel insurance with winter sports cover
  • Lift passes  
  • Ski/board hire
  • Lessons
  • Child care and baby food (baby food can be purchased locally)
  • Lunch
